Thomas Lüthi works passionately at the intersection of classical jurisprudence and modern technology. As a lawyer and legal tech specialist at Schärer Rechtsanwälte, he sees his role not merely in accompanying the digitalisation of legal practice from a theoretical standpoint, but in actively and tangibly helping to shape it.

His path led him from a traditional bar admission to the technical optimisation of legal processes. After studying law at the University of Bern, he immersed himself in computer science as a complement to the law – a background that today enables him to speak the language of both worlds. As a central interface between the firm, IT service providers, and software vendors, he evaluates and implements solutions that make daily work more efficient and future-oriented.

Beyond his work at the firm, he pursues this drive for innovation as the founder of Alcevo GmbH, where he focuses on the digital transformation of legal services and cultivates new digital champions through targeted knowledge transfer.

His goal is to deploy technology in ways that ease the demands of everyday work and create genuine added value.
