Susanne Leisinger is a Knowledge Lawyer in Homburger’s Corporate / M&A practice and a member of the firm’s Know-how Management Team. In this role, she is responsible for developing, maintaining, organising and sharing the firm’s internal expertise – ensuring that Homburger’s legal know-how is systematically captured and made accessible across teams.

Susanne holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and the Referendarexamen (Ref. jur.) from the University of Mannheim and completed a study-abroad semester at the Nancy 2 University. She speaks German, English, and French. Before joining the Know-how Management Team in 2020, she worked at Homburger as a Project Associate and Paralegal from 2015 onwards – gaining hands-on experience in one of Switzerland’s leading business law firms.

Susanne graduated from the CAS Legal Tech program at HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich, ranking first in her class – reflecting her commitment to innovation and the digital transformation of legal practice.
