Roxana Sharifi is a lawyer and Lead Innovation & Legal Tech at CMS in Zurich. In her legal practice, she advises in the area of dispute resolution – both in international arbitration proceedings and in state court litigation – with expertise in bankruptcy and restructuring law as well as in corporate law matters under Swiss and German law. In her role as Lead Innovation & Legal Tech, she helps shape the firm’s AI strategy: she evaluates and pilots AI tools, serves as the interface between vendors, IT, and the partnership, and is responsible for change and enablement programs. Roxana regularly designs and leads training sessions on AI in legal practice and speaks as a presenter on legal tech and AI topics.
