Kerstin started her role as Head of Legal and Integrity Operations for Hitachi Energy in 2020. Since then she leads a multinational team for legal operations and services with a strong focus on trust, governance, and responsible use of technology.  Bringing in previous experiences from implementing new IT technologies, outsourcing and leading the implementation of the continuous improvement program at a global logistics company, which is complementing the transformation of the Legal and Integrity team.  She is a fully qualified lawyer in Germany and holds the law degree from theUniversity of Freiburg i.Br and completed CAS for Digitalization it’s and psychological aspects in the work environment at FHNW, as well as CAS in Big Data and AI at HSG.
