Ioannis Martinis is a lawyer, entrepreneur, and one of Switzerland’s leading voices in Legal Tech and AI. As CEO and Co-Founder of Sereos, he is building a Swiss-hosted AI platform for modern legal work – secure, in compliance with attorney-client privilege, and designed for law firms and legal departments.

He heads the Innovation and Legal Tech division at Coop Legal Protection and has been working with artificial intelligence in the legal industry for over 10 years. He is a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and Director of Studies of the CAS Legal Tech program at the HWZ.

Since 2022, he has served as President of the Digital Minds Society and represents Switzerland as Ambassador at the European Legal Tech Association (ELTA).
