David Rosenthal has been active in the field of data and technology law for over 25 years. He has a law degree from the University of Basel as well as a background as a software engineer and is a partner at the Swiss business law firm VISCHER, where he heads the Data & AI team and the internal investigations team, and the VISCHER Legal Innovation Lab. He is known for his methods for cloud and AI risk assessments (e.g., vischerlnk.com/gaira), his numerous publications (and especially the AI blog vischer.com/ai) as well as his AI tool “Red Ink” (redink.ai). Rosenthal is a lecturer at the University of Basel and ETH Zurich since many years.”
